Knowledge infrastructure for medicine

A public digital foundation for trustworthy medical knowledge

CUIZ is building a central digital knowledge infrastructure designed for the systematic collection, structuring, validation and continuous updating of specialised medical knowledge. Modern healthcare faces a rapid growth in scientific publications, fragmentation of sources and strong pressure for fast, well‑founded decisions in clinical practice. Together these factors significantly increase the time burden on healthcare professionals and raise the risk of working with incomplete or outdated information.

CUIZ aims to create a neutral, long‑term sustainable infrastructure in the public interest that ensures easy access to validated information, transparent provenance and clear traceability of sources. The infrastructure is designed to be usable both directly by healthcare professionals and as a reliable foundation for the safe deployment of AI tools. In this way CUIZ shortens the path between scientific knowledge and its practical use in clinical care.
